Synopsis:

Altering the definition of "day camp" to include specified youth camps that have campers who reside at the camp for 5 consecutive days; altering the definition of "residential camp" to apply only to those that operate at specified facilities or campsites at which specified campers live for at least 6 consecutive days; etc.
