General Assembly - Legislative Redistricting - Exclusion of Noncitizens
Requiring that the General Assembly legislative districts established
following each decennial census include in the population count only
those individuals residing in the district who are citizens of the
United States and of Maryland; and submitting this amendment to the
qualified voters of the State for their adoption or rejection.
