Beneficiaries - Changes to Elections
Providing that retirees of the State Retirement and Pension System who
retired on or before June 30, 2005, and elected to receive a specified
reduced retirement allowance may change that election to a different
specified reduced retirement allowance on or before December 31, 2011;
providing that specified retirees of the State Retirement and Pension
System may change the retirees' designated beneficiaries under
specified circumstances; etc.
