Somerset County - Water and Sewer Service - Late Fees
Authorizing the sanitary district in Somerset County to charge a late
fee for unpaid water and sewer usage charges; authorizing the Sanitary
Commission in Somerset County to require the payment of specified late
fees before reconnecting specified water service; and providing that
when a specified charge is in default it will accrue interest from the
date of default at a rate determined by the sanitary commission.
