Health - Abortion - Transport of Patient

Synopsis:

Providing that a patient requiring transport during an abortion procedure may be transported if the physician performing the abortion determines that transporting the patient is necessary to protect the life or health of the patient and that the patient shall be transported by ambulance; defining "ambulance"; etc.
