Synopsis:

Amending the Legislative Community Initiatives Loan of 2004 to extend to June 1, 2013, the date by which the Mayor and City Council of the City of College Park must provide proof of a matching fund for the design and engineering of a new City Hall; extending the deadline by which the grant for a new City Hall must be encumbered by the Board of Public Works or expended for specified purposes; etc.
