Synopsis:

Requiring the Division of Correction and the Division of Parole and Probation to forward specified information from a specified case record and presentence investigation report, respectively, to the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency if the case record or presentence investigation report indicates that the inmate or the individual has an immigration status; etc.
