Vehicle Laws - Motor Scooters and Mopeds - Protective Headgear for Minors
Prohibiting an individual who is under the age of 18 years from
operating or riding on a motor scooter or moped unless the individual
is wearing specified protective headgear; and establishing that the
failure of an individual to wear specified protective headgear may not
diminish the recovery of specified damages.
