Hart-Miller-Pleasure Island Citizens Oversight Committee - Duties
Altering the duties of the Hart-Miller-Pleasure Island Citizens
Oversight Committee to require the Oversight Committee to monitor and
provide oversight for future development, use, and maintenance of the
Hart-Miller-Pleasure Island chain and water quality surrounding the
islands; and requiring the Oversight Committee to hear and dispose of
complaints by individuals affected by future development and water
quality immediately surrounding the Island chain.
