Family Law - Termination of Alimony - Cohabitation of Recipient
Establishing that alimony terminates on the cohabitation of an alimony
recipient for a period of at least 30 days with an individual who is
not a member of the recipient's family; establishing that cohabitation
is presumed under specified circumstances; and requiring an alimony
recipient to immediately notify the party who is required to pay
alimony if the recipient marries or cohabitates with another
individual.
