Synopsis:

Authorizing a licensed dentist to own and operate a specified facility for dental radiology; authorizing the staffing of specified facilities and the operation of specified equipment during specified time periods without the availability of a licensed dentist on the premises under a specified circumstance; requiring the State Board of Dental Examiners to adopt regulations; etc.
