State Retirement and Pension System - Vesting and Eligibility

Synopsis:

Altering the eligibility requirements that specified members of the State Retirement and Pension System must meet in order to qualify for a service retirement allowance; and altering the number of years from 5 years to 10 years of service that members of the State Retirement and Pension System must accrue to vest in specified retirement and pension systems of the State Retirement and Pension System.
