specified alcoholic beverages license is issued in Montgomery County
to consume under specified circumstances wine not purchased from the
restaurant or facility; authorizing a restaurant or facility to charge
an individual a specified fee; applying the sales tax to the fee;
requiring a specified individual to dispose of or remove specified
wine after finishing a meal; altering the definition of "taxable
service"; etc.
