Providing that the prohibition against smoking in specified indoor
areas does not apply to specified cigar bars in Baltimore City that
meet certain requirements; extending the termination date for a
specified waiver granted to a cigar bar in Baltimore City that meets
specified requirements; and making specified provisions of the Act
apply retroactively.
