Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $100,000, the
proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the
Andover Football League, Inc. and the County Executive and County

repair, and renovation of the Andover Park fields, located in
Linthicum; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to
