Criminal Law - Swift and Certain Sanctions Pilot Program
Requiring the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services to
develop by October 1, 2012, a pilot program in two counties that
creates a system of graduated administrative sanctions for violations
of conditions of parole by releasees from the Division of Correction;
and requiring the Department to make a specified annual report to the
General Assembly on or before October 1 of each year beginning in
2013.
