Consumer Protection - Credit Reporting Agencies - Disclosures to Consumers and
Adverse Actions by Users of Consumer Reports
Requiring a consumer reporting agency, on request and proper
identification of a consumer, to provide to the consumer any credit
score of the consumer that was calculated by the consumer reporting
agency or by another person and furnished to the consumer reporting
agency; prohibiting a consumer reporting agency from imposing a fee
for providing a credit score to a consumer one time during a 12-month
period; authorizing a fee for a subsequent credit score under
specified circumstances; etc.
