Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Signs on Licensed Premises Prohibiting
Sales to Underage Individuals
Requiring a holder of a retail alcoholic beverages license in
Baltimore City to post a sign on the licensed premises that states
that State law prohibits the license holder from selling an alcoholic
beverage to an individual under the age of 21 years; requiring the
Board of Liquor License Commissioners to adopt guidelines for the
design of the sign; and establishing penalties.
