Juvenile Law - Victims' Rights - Notice of Offender's Home, School, and
Workplace
Authorizing the court or juvenile intake officer to include, as a
condition of release for a child alleged to have committed a
delinquent act against a victim pending an adjudicatory or disposition
hearing, a requirement of no contact with the victim at the victim's
school; authorizing the Department of Juvenile Services, under
specified conditions, to disclose to a specified victim information
regarding the address, school, and place of employment of a child
adjudicated delinquent of a specified offense; etc.
