Authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Prince George's
County to issue two Class B-DD licenses for restaurants in the zoned
development district of the City of Bladensburg; authorizing a person
to obtain one other Class B license anywhere in the county for each
Class B-DD license the person is issued under specified circumstances;
providing that a Class B license issued under the Act shall remain in
effect if the restaurant in a development district is closed for not
more than 6 months; etc.
