Eligibility Age
Altering from 21 to 25 the age before which foster care recipients
must be enrolled at public institutions of higher education to be
exempt from paying specified tuition; and altering from 21 to 25 the
age before which foster care recipients must be enrolled as candidates
for specified degrees to not be required to pay the difference between
the amount of specified scholarships or grants and the amount of
specified tuition.
