Criminal Procedure - Criminal Injuries Compensation Board - Definition of Victim

Synopsis:

Altering the definition of victim as it relates to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board to include a person who suffers psychological injury as a result of additional specified crimes; and altering the definition to provide that specified psychological injury does not have to be a direct result of specified crimes.
