Authorizing the State Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners to convert
specified licenses to volunteer podiatrist licenses and issue
volunteer podiatrist licenses to specified individuals if specified

podiatrist license include a certification by the applicant that the
applicant will not receive payment or reimbursement of any kind for
services rendered; etc.
