Legislative Districting - Resident Delegate for Each County

Synopsis:

Requiring an advisory committee established by the Governor after a decennial census to formulate a legislative districting plan for the election of members of the General Assembly that, to the greatest extent practicable, draws the lines for the districts so that each county in the State has at least one resident delegate.
