Recreational Fishing Licenses - Exemption
Authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to issue an annual
exemption from the requirement to obtain a recreational fishing
license under specified circumstances to a governmental entity or
nonprofit organization to take individuals serving or who have served
in the armed forces with physical or mental disabilities fishing in
specified waters; requiring a specified application form; clarifying
that the exemption applies to specified fishing activities; etc.
