Altering the acknowledgment procedures for citations issued by
specified police officers for specified natural resources violations;
repealing a hearing requirement that must be met before the Department
of Natural Resources may suspend a recreational or commercial fishing
license and requiring the Department to provide notice to specified
persons of the right to a hearing; authorizing the Department to
suspend a recreational or commercial fishing license without a hearing
under specified circumstances; etc.
