Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to enter into specified contracts to conduct specified recovery audits of payments made by the Maryland Medical Assistance Program; requiring a specified consultant to include in its recovery audit specified payments made by the Program; specifying requirements for specified contracts; requiring the Department to provide specified information to specified persons under specified circumstances; etc.
