Minority Business Participation - The Ray Haysbert Waiver Disclosure and
Termination Extension Act
Requiring Board of Public Works regulations that implement the
Minority Business Enterprise Program to provide for the disclosure of
each waiver of Program obligations and the reason for each waiver;
altering the record keeping and reporting requirements of the Board
with respect to a waiver of Program obligations; continuing the
Program until July 1, 2013; requiring a specified study and a final
report on the study by September 30, 2012; and providing for the
effective dates of the Act.
