Equal Opportunities Employment Act
Providing that, if a capital project receives more than $5,000,000 in
federal and State funds, the recipients of the funds and their
contractors and subcontractors shall award contracts to business
concerns that provide opportunities for specified low-income
individuals; requiring the Department of General Services to adopt
regulations; stating the intent of the General Assembly; etc.
