State Health and Retirement Benefits - Public Employees and Retirees
Altering the eligibility requirements for State employees receiving
health benefits under the State Employee and Retiree Health and
Welfare Benefits Program; requiring that by July 1, 2020, the State
discontinue a specified prescription drug benefit plan available to
specified retirees; requiring specified local employers to pay a
specified portion of employer contributions for specified members of
the Teachers' Retirement System or the Teachers' Pension System; etc.
