Human Relations - Housing Discrimination - Source of Income

Synopsis:

Altering the housing policy of the State regarding the provision of fair housing to include providing for fair housing regardless of source of income; providing that specified provisions regarding housing discrimination due to a person's source of income do not apply to an assisted rental housing development; prohibiting a person from discriminating against a person seeking to buy or rent a dwelling in the State based on a person's source of income; etc.
