Requiring the Department of Agriculture to adopt specified regulations
regarding reporting on the use, release, sale, and purchase of
pesticides; declaring specified findings of the General Assembly;
requiring a person that uses, releases, sells, or purchases pesticides
to submit specified reports to the Department; requiring the reports
to contain specified information; requiring pesticide use and release
reports to cover the preceding calendar year and be submitted annually
beginning on March 1, 2013; etc.
