Flash Mob Theft Act of 2012

Synopsis:

Establishing that when multiple acts of theft are committed by multiple individuals under specified circumstances, the acts may be considered as one crime and the value of the property may be aggregated in determining whether the theft is a felony or a misdemeanor.
