State Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund
Establishing the State Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund as a special
fund to be used to support specified services for specified
individuals with traumatic brain injuries; requiring the Director of
the Developmental Disabilities Administration or the Director's
designee to administer the Fund; requiring the Director or the
Director's designee to report to the Governor and the General Assembly
on or before a specified date each year; and establishing eligibility
for individuals to receive assistance from the Fund.
