Creating the Task Force to Study the Establishment of a Deaf Culture
Digital Library; providing for the composition, chair, and staffing of
the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to study and make
recommendations regarding the coordination of a Deaf Culture Digital
Library to educate individuals about deaf cultures in the united
States and other countries; requiring the Task Force to report, on or
before December 1, 2012, its findings and recommendations to the
