State Highway Administration - Permits - Business Access to State Highways
Requiring the State Highway Administration to make a determination
whether to issue a permit to grant access from specified business
property to a State highway within a specified time period; specifying
that the Administration is deemed to have issued the permit if it
fails to act within a specified time period; authorizing the State
Highway Administrator to extend the time period for the Administration
to act on the permit request under specified circumstances; etc.
