Requiring, in Prince George's County, a landlord of a specified
residential dwelling structure that is offered for rent to individuals
at least 55 years old, composed of at least five dwelling units, and
constructed or improved with funding received from the State on or
after October 1, 2012, to offer a 36-month residential lease; and
requiring the 36-month residential lease required under the Act to be
offered to specified individuals.
