Counties - Compilations of Local Laws - Copies to State Agencies

Synopsis:

Authorizing a county, at its discretion, to notify specified State agencies that a digital copy of a code or compilation of local laws enacted by the county is available as an alternative to the county depositing or furnishing printed copies of the code or compilation; and altering specified provisions regarding the Department of Legislative Services receiving copies of compilations of local laws.
