Transportation - Temporary Advertising Signs on State Highways - Weekends
Authorizing a person to place or maintain a temporary advertising sign
that meets specified requirements on a State highway; providing that
provisions of law regulating the placement and maintenance of outdoor
signs in specified locations do not apply to a sign placed in
accordance with the Act; authorizing the State Highway Administration
to enter into a public-private partnership with an entity to allow the
entity to display and maintain a sign on a State highway under
specified circumstances; etc.
