State Highways - Telematics Technology - Request for Proposals
Requiring the State Highway Administration, in collaboration with the
Maryland Transportation Authority, to initiate the process to issue a
request for proposals on or before December 31, 2012, to install

"telematics technology"; and providing that the request for proposals
be issued in accordance with specified procurement requirements.
