Natural Resources - Crabs - Catch Times for Trotline Gear
Authorizing the Department of Natural Resources to adopt regulations
establishing an earlier beginning of the workday for tidal fish
licensees who catch crabs using trotline gear; prohibiting the
Department from restricting the tidal fish licensees' workday to less
than 11 hours, including time spent setting or taking up gear; and
prohibiting trotline gear from being set earlier than the catch time
established by the Department.
