Medicaid Sustainability Commission

Synopsis:

Establishing the Medicaid Sustainability Commission; providing for the membership, chair, and staffing of the Commission; prohibiting a member of the Commission from receiving specified compensation, but authorizing the reimbursement of specified expenses; requiring the Commission to study and make recommendations regarding specified matters relating to the sustainability of the Maryland Medical Assistance Program, including recommendations to provide for a specified plan; terminating the Act after June 30, 2014; etc.
