Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $50,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of Historic Sotterley, Inc. for the acquisition, planning, design, construction, repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the Sotterley Plantation, located in Hollywood; requiring the grantee to grant and convey a specified easement to the Maryland Historical Trust; etc.
