Establishing that the Department of Natural Resources may only require
an applicant, and a license applicant may only be required, to provide
specified information on an application for a hunting, fishing, or
boat manufacturer's or dealer's license; altering the information that
a request for information from a hunting, fishing, or boat
manufacturer's or dealer's license application made by the Child
Support Enforcement Administration to the Department of Natural
Resources is required to contain; etc.
