State Real Estate Commission - Sunset Extension and Program Evaluation
Continuing the State Real Estate Commission in accordance with the
provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act by extending to July
1, 2022, the termination provisions relating to specified statutory
and regulatory authority of the Commission; requiring the Commission
to include information related to Real Estate Guaranty Fund awards in
a specified annual report; increasing to $50,000 the amount that a
person may recover for each claim against the Guaranty Fund;
increasing the maximum amount of a specified claim; etc.
