Commercial Law - Contract Provisions - Payment of Legal Fees
Authorizing a contract to contain a provision for the payment of legal
fees by the losing party in a specified legal action only if the
provision is equally applicable to both parties to the contract; and
applying the Act to all contracts entered into on or after the
effective date of the Act.
