Acts ("Caylee's Law")
Requiring a parent or other person who has permanent care or custody
or responsibility for the supervision of a minor to notify, under
specified circumstances and within specified periods of time, the
appropriate law enforcement agency that the minor is missing or the
appropriate law enforcement agency or medical authority that the minor
has died; prohibiting specified conduct that may impede an
investigation following the death of a minor; establishing penalties;
etc.
