Procurement - Public Work Contracts - Project Labor Agreements

Synopsis:

Requiring public bodies to include project labor agreements in public work contracts over $500,000; providing for the content of a project labor agreement; requiring a public body to disclose the findings that justify the inclusion of project labor agreements in a public work contract; requiring a public body to develop a written project labor agreement, subject to specified conditions; requiring the Commissioner of Labor and Industry to adopt specified regulations; etc.
