Mental Hygiene Administration - State Facilities - Surveillance Cameras
Requiring the Mental Hygiene Administration to install and maintain a
video surveillance camera system in each of the State facilities under
the direction of the Administration; and requiring that specified
video surveillance camera systems installed and maintained in
specified State facilities be used to monitor the activities of
patients in State facilities to ensure the safety of patients and
facility staff.
