Synopsis:

Requiring the Governor to appoint a Nuclear Power Plant Citizens Oversight Committee; requiring the Governor to determine the terms and qualifications of members of the Oversight Committee; requiring the Oversight Committee to be composed of nine members, including two who reside within 10 miles of a nuclear power plant; and establishing the duties of the Oversight Committee.
